sir watch for as long as there is water pa naman po then water po tayo and fresh fruits but in emergency cases like you were trapped somewhere, some places like what happened to the wife of senator roco nung nagka earthquake, for 3 days ata natrapped siya sa gumuhong gusali and knowing that she was a doctor she knew that drinking her urine will keep her alive while waiting for the rescuers. At nakasurvive siya with that. I guess this is advisable during emergency cases such as that po. And I only try that for curiosity and for additional knowledge
